What we collect

Account data: your name, email, and an encrypted password hash.

Practice data: your goal, dream-life description, and the blockers you name during onboarding, plus the affirmations and visualizations generated for you.

Journal entries:the words you write, the reflections generated in response, and short non-identifying theme tags (e.g. “self-trust”) used to show your patterns over time.

Usage & billing: your streak and completion history, and subscription status. Payment card details are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

Encryption at rest

Your goal, dream-life description, blockers, journal entries, generated reflections, and generated practice content are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). We never write your journal or affirmation content to our logs.

How we use it

Solely to provide the Service to you: to write your daily practice, voice it, reflect your patterns back to you, maintain your streak, and send the account and re-engagement emails you opt into. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers we share with

To operate the Service, limited data is processed by:

• Stripe — payment processing (billing details).
• Anthropic — generates your affirmations, visualizations, and reflections from the text inputs above.
• Telnyx — synthesizes the spoken audio of your practice.
• Amazon SES — delivers account and notification emails.

These providers process data only to perform their function for us. We choose providers that support this “you own your data” posture.

Your choices

You can edit your notification preferences in the app, cancel your subscription at any time, and request access to or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected]. Deleting your account removes your practice and journal content.

Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
