What VelvetSong is — and isn't

VelvetSong is a wellness and mindset practice: personalized affirmations, guided visualizations, journaling, and soundscapes. It is designed to support reflection and positive habit-building.

VelvetSong is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or financial advice, and is not a substitute for professional care. It makes no guaranteeof any specific outcome, result, income, or life change. If you are experiencing a crisis or medical or mental-health emergency, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services immediately. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Subscriptions, trials, and billing

VelvetSong is offered as a subscription (monthly or annual). Paid plans begin with a free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and renews at the then-current price each billing period until cancelled.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any timefrom your account's billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues through the end of the paid period already billed. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Your subscription is for your personal use. Don't resell, redistribute, or publicly share the generated audio or content, attempt to disrupt the Service, or use it unlawfully.

Your content

The goals and journal entries you write remain yours. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service to you (for example, to generate your practice and reflections). See our Privacy Policy for how this data is handled and protected.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phoenixtekk Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
